Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping times:
- U.S: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 10 - 15 days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
Shipping costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events — but we’ll do our best to assist if a problem occurs.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase!
If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Sale or personalized items are non-refundable.
How to start a return:

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–20 business days.
